OUR CLIENTS
In the interest of our clients' privacy, we don't list them by company name in our marketing materials. We've done
excellent work for some very fine companies, for which we're justifiably proud. As you can see, our client list is
heavily weighted toward the construction industry. Our QuickBooks® Certified ProAdvisor spent 20 years in construction before
turning to accounting. This experience uniquely qualifies him to address the issues facing small contractors.
Examples from our current and past client lists:
A consulting firm with annual revenues of about a half-million dollars. We maintain QuickBooks® and perform lots of admin services for them, primarily business writing. Their first need was a sweeping
revision of their QuickBooks® company file. Their client list reads like a Who's Who in American business.
A commercial real estate developer who builds in multiple states for some of America's most recognizable retail
chains. For this client, we provide advanced administrative services only. We act as their market research
department, locating potential building sites, creating maps, demographic studies and multimedia presentations.
A spec home builder with an eye for detail, both in the field and in his QuickBooks® company file. We review and
correct his company file each fiscal quarter. This business is suffering in today's housing market, but the owner
knows how to stay afloat until better times.
A specialty builder whose earnings outpace all our other accounting clients. His market share has money, lots of
money, and the housing downturn hasn't affected him. Our first project for him was creating a QuickBooks® company accounting file from scratch.
A drywall contractor, a tile services contractor and a Corian® cabinet top fabrication shop. (The drywall company's
checking balance was off by nearly $30,000.00.)
An Internet Service Provider (ISP). Our initial work for them included creating a company file (heavy on inventory)
and developing their operating procedures in an SEC-reporting environment. We worked for them during the eight
months leading up to their IPO. They are now a publicly-traded company.
